Dr. F was thorough. He was helpful in his suggestions, making my anxiety levels drop. He was not rushed and took time to talk with my prior health issues. Nice doc!

This is a well run office overall but the providers scheduled hours are impossible. If you work a job its so hard to see him, as he never has a day he works late or really early and is off on Fridays.

Doctor Froelich is a very good old time Physcian who does not rush you, speaks my language . He reminds me of of now extinct mentor of medicine to anyone who needs to learn from a residency of many years pass! I am of the opinion that he choose medicine as a career choice of giving vs receiving ! We are only residents of SC for less than three years and it would appear, at least in my humble opinion that choices of quality health care are index under "slim pickings" .

Dr. Friedlich is superb. He listens carefully and completely understands my issues. I have been to several gastroenterologists in the area.He is by far the best.

The only problem I have is that he is so busy that it is difficult to get an appointment.

Did not have a "bad" experience. But, waiting 20+ minutes in the exam room before seeing the doctor did not make for a "good" experience either.

I called because I was experiencing an illness I needed to be seen for within a few days. I was told the first opening was more than a month out. I was told I would be put on a list if anyone cancelled but I never received a call. I ended up going to the emergency room for treatment. After that I called the office again and practically begged to be seen. I was again put on a waiting list, but this time I got an appointment for 2 days later. The doctor was very kind and helpful.
